I know what it feels like to build a life that looks safe while you’re dying inside. I also know what it costs to choose yourself . To leave, to unravel,
to come home.
I’ve died and been reborn more times than I can count. Each time, I came back more whole. More clear. More sovereign.
Now I’m based on Isla Mujeres, Mexico, the Island of Women, where my path was birthed through my relationship to the Goddess Ix Chel in 2011. And now I hold space for women walking the same path I have walked. This is trauma-informed. This is body-led. This is sovereign.
My work isn’t about empowerment.
It’s about reclamation.
