What does sovereignty mean?
Who is this work for?
I guide women who are awakening who've had profound spiritual experiences, consciousness shifts, or walked through major life transitions to integrate what happened into embodied sovereignty. This isn't traditional coaching. Every session opens with ceremony. The work is intuitive and energy-based, moving through breath, body, and sacred sexuality practices. It's trauma-informed, slow, and attuned - honoring that healing moves in spirals, not straight lines

Women who've walked through fire and emerged different. Women navigating awakening, ceremony integration, divorce, identity death, or the deep knowing that "this can't be all there is. This work is for the woman who's ready , not the woman who thinks she should be. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to trust the pull.

Sovereignty means your body becomes the authority. Your nervous system trusts itself. Your voice lands without apology. It's not about independence or doing it all alone. It's about integrity, living in alignment with what's true for you, even when it costs something. Sovereignty is what happens when you stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace. When you can feel the intensity without being governed by it. When you hold complexity without collapse
What's the difference between Sacred Photography and my mentorship work?
Do you work in-person or online?
Yes. You don't need experience, just curiosity and willingness. I meet you where you are. The work is gentle, invitational, and paced to what your nervous system can hold. You're never pushed beyond what feels safe in your body.
What's the difference between Sacred Photography and my mentorship work?
I've never done somatic work, breathwork, or ceremony before. Is that okay?
Both. I work with clients worldwide via Zoom and offer in-person sessions on Isla Mujeres, Mexico (where I'm based). My mentorship container works beautifully over Zoom. Sacred Photography sessions happen in-person on Isla Mujeres, or I can travel to you when the call is clear.
Do you work in-person or online?
I've never done somatic work, breathwork, or ceremony before. Is that okay?
Sacred Photography is a standalone ceremonial session - a moment of being witnessed through the lens. For some women, this is the doorway that opens them to deeper work. For others, it's medicine they return to on its own. My mentorship work is deep integration over months. Photography can become the closing ceremony after the inner work is complete. Both are held in ceremony. Both are transmission. They can stand alone or work together.

Sacred Feminine Embodiment coaching is about reconnecting with your power, your body, pleasure, and sensuality in a way that feels safe, intentional, and healing. This is an integrated tantric approach through the Vida Coaching Method, we explore practices like breathwork, ritual, mediation, self-pleasure, journaling, and movement to release shame, cultivate self-love, and embrace your fullest expression.
