For most of my life, I denied who I was.
I made myself smaller. Quieter. More palatable. I built a life that looked safe while betraying myself in a thousand tiny ways.
Choosing myself has been the greatest adventure and love story of my entire life. And the most terrifying thing I have ever done.
Once I tasted that freedom, there was no going back.
I hold a VITA™ Certification in Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching — 600 hours of somatic embodiment, sacred sexuality, Tantra, and trauma-informed practice. I'm a certified Awakened Life Mentor and professional photographer.
But credentials don't hold space the way lived experience does.
I don't guide women through territory I haven't traveled. I've walked through narcissistic abuse, plant medicine ceremonies, Kundalini awakening, and the kind of identity death that either breaks you or rebuilds you entirely.
That's the medicine I carry.
Now I hold space on Isla Mujeres, Mexico — my spiritual home since 2011, where the Goddess IxChel first cracked me open and continues to guide me home.
I'm building the temple. In devotion. In service. In ceremony.
And I hold space for women ready to walk this path with me.
